Job Description
- We’re looking for an experienced Research Specialist who is passionate about our mission of driving financial inclusion in Africa and inquisitive about the Fintech space in Nigeria and the rest of the world
Responsibilities
- Manage the Pan-Africa Market Research team
- Work on Market/Product/Customer Research, including communication of requirements.
- Design survey, collection of Data and Information, complete the report etc
- Carry out business analysis, data modelling, and logical and physical database design, and database optimization for the company
- Utilize standard reporting technologies to create, manage, and maintain reports
- Have professional suggestion based on the investigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Analytics, or Research field, or in any other related area.
- 3 years relevant work experience in Consulting/Market Research/ Data Analysis.
- Experience with the MMO Industry is preferred
- Should be willing to travel across Africa.
- Ability to manage large data sets.
- Report Writing Skills.
- Candidate should be fluent in French language
