Job Summary
- We are looking to hire an Office Assistant who will support the Accounting team with administrative duties principally with sorting, scanning and filing of documents.
Responsibilities
- Filing of all Accounts documents in Physical file which can be retrieved easily at later stage.
- Scanning of the Accounts document and numbering them as per instruction.
- Uploading the scanning documents on Sharepoint Portal as per instruction.
Requirements
- OND in any field.
- 1 – 3 years work experience.
- Ability to use Microsoft office tools at the intermediate level.
