POLAC FORM 2022/2023
The Nigeria Police Force is the principal law enforcement agency in Nigeria. It has staff deployment across the 36 states of the country and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). The command and control of the Nigeria Police Force is under the Inspector General of Police. For administrative ease, the Force is divided into seven (7) administrative departments, viz. Applicants for the 9th Regular Course Exercise must fulfill the following requirements:
- possess a National Identity Number (NIN), be a citizen of Nigeria by birth, receive at least 180 points on the JAMB exam in 2022, and have chosen the Nigeria Police Academy as their top choice college.
- possess a minimum of 6 credits from the WAEC or NECO in no more than 2 sittings, with credit passes in English and Mathematics.
- Be between the ages of 17 and 22 on October 31, 2022.
- being at least 1.67 meters tall for men and 1.64 meters tall for women, as well as being in good physical, mental, and medical health.
- have a chest measurement that is at least 86 cm (34 inches) in length (male only)
being single or not carrying a child at the time of admission (female only)
possess a working phone number and email address. - Statements of Results or certificates for the SSCE (WAEC/NECO) issued before 2017 will not be accepted.

Important Information
- All interested candidates who meet the aforementioned requirements are advised to visit https://polac.edu.ng, the Nigeria Police Academy website, to generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) code, which will be used to pay a non-refundable application fee of 5,000 Naira through any Nigerian commercial bank branch.
- A form that applicants must fill out and upload scanned copies of their test results, birth certificate, and state of origin certificate will be made available after successful payment.
- After that, applicants must print out their completed online applications and guarantor applications to be filled out and submitted at designated locations across the country.
- From September 19 to September 25, 2022, an automated physical examination exercise will be held at the “Seventeen (17) Zonal Commands Headquarters.”
- Prior to final selection of candidates who will undergo a 5-year academic and police training leading to a Bachelor’s Degree and commissioning into the Nigeria Police Force as Assistant Superintendent of Police II, successful candidates will take part in a computer-based test (CBT) and a subsequent automated medical screening exercise..
