Summary

Duties
- Incumbent overseas the preparation of leased residential units for occupancy for all Mission agencies.
- S/he works closely with the General Service Office, Facilities Maintenance sections, and the RSO Office to coordinate the preparation of housing units for personnel assigned to post.
- Incumbent inspects employees housing before employees depart post for damages to government provided furniture, furnishing, appliances, and equipment.
- Additionally, s/he ensures that the contractors performs the work according to the standards set up.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Education Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School or High Diploma Certificate is required.
Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of responsible administrative and/or building trades experience is required.
Job Knowledge:
- Must be familiar with U.S. Government administrative procedures.
Evaluations:
- This may be tested. Please specify your level of proficiency in the language stated.
Language:
- Fluent Speaking/Reading/Writing in English is required.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to manage projects, plan meetings, provide good customer-service and good attention to detail is required. Ability to tactfully interact in person, by email, and by phone with mid-level skills in MS-Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Must be able to drive Government Owned Vehicle (GOV).
