We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Assistant – PFM
Vacancy Type: Internal Candidates Only
- Assist in maintaining the employee’s personal files/records as well as HR general records (online and hardcopy) by daily filing/updating the various files/record books for prompt retrieval when the need arises.
- Assist to monitor and maintain daily attendance records of employees as input into the salary computation on a monthly basis by inspecting and coordinating the bio-metric attendance machine or hardcopy register of all employee and report any variation/update.
- Assist to input store requisition for HR related requests on the AXAPTER and monitor the workflow for prompt approval.
- Assist in recruitment exercises, training and development, and other departmental activities
- OND in Business Administration or related discipline.
- 2+ years’ of cognate experience
- Experience in FMCG is an added advantage

- Good Interpersonal & Analytical skills.
